Customer Note
A. Booking and Payment

✧Booking Process: Reservations should be confirmed in advance and full payment is required. The booking process is considered complete only after payment confirmation. 

✧Payment Methods: We accept FPS and bank transfer

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable

B. Changing Reserved Time Slot

✧Request: If you need to change the reserved time slot, please notify us at least 7 days in advance through WhatsApp to our official customer service (+852 9384 3066). The change request will be considered complete upon confirmation from our customer service via WhatsApp.

✧Guidelines: When requesting a change, the space cannot be changed. You must select an alternative available time slot for the same space.

✧Limit: Customers are allowed to change the reservation once free of charge. Starting from the second change, an administrative fee of HK$500 will be applied.

C. Customer Late Arrival or No Show

✧In the event of a customer's late arrival, the reserved time slot will not be extended.

✧In the case of a customer's absence, all fees will not be refunded.

D. Space Usage:

✧Momento strictly prohibits any dangerous, illegal, or indecent items.

✧Customers are responsible for restoring the space to its original condition, including the arrangement of furniture, props, etc. If kitchenware and utensils are used, they should be cleaned by the customer. Failure to restore the space will result in a cleaning fee of HK$500.

*** ***Momento reserves the right to charge/ claim additional cleaning fees if any event of customers failed to return the space as the handover conditions.

E. Pet-friendly Policy

✧As a pet-friendly venue in Hong Kong, you are welcome to bring your furry friends and kids. To ensure your dog & cat experiences the Pawfect visit when you are staying with us, we kindly request our customers to contact our customer service for bookings with more than 5 pets.

✧Cleaning Fee: For 3 pets or above, we will charge a standardized cleaning fee of HK$60 per pet. This fee covers cleaning for pet hair, dust mites, and thorough sanitization of the environment. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.

✧The cleaning fee does not include cleaning of pet vomit, urine, or other similar incidents. We kindly request customers to handle these situations themselves. If needed, garbage bags and wet wipes are provided on-site for customer use.

✧If a customer fails to clean up after their pet, including vomit or urine, we reserve the right to request reimbursement for any related cleaning costs, based on the condition of the studio.

✧Customers are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the studio premises and props and will be held liable for appropriate compensation.

✧Dogs entering or exiting the studio building must be leashed and wearing a muzzle to ensure the safety of other building occupants.


As much as we strive to take care of our furry child, we do ask for your assistance to observe your pets to ensure the comfort and pleasure of our other human guests. Pet owners are kindly requested to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the above-mentioned cleaning fees and requirements. This will help maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the studio.

F. Overtime Charges

✧If there are subsequent bookings for the same day, customers must vacate the premises on time. If there are no other bookings following, customers may extend the rental on-site, and the additional charges must be settled immediately. Any extension less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour.

G. Self-Decoration of Momento Space:

✧If customers have a need to decorate the Momento space themselves, such as wall stickers or hanging decorations, they must notify our customer service in advance and obtain approval.

✧After obtaining approval, customers can proceed with the decoration, but they must handle it with care to avoid any damage or destruction to the Momento space.

✧If any damage, stains, or destruction occurs due to customer self-decoration, the customer will be responsible for full compensation for the related expenses and repairs.

H. Damages and Compensation

✧Customers are responsible for any damage to objects or equipment during their usage and are required to compensate according to market value.

I. No Smoking Policy

✧Momento is strictly a no-smoking area. Any form of smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, etc., is strictly prohibited. We strive to create a healthy, comfortable, and smoke-free working environment to ensure the health and safety of all customers and staff. Violators will be asked to cease smoking immediately and will be charged a cleaning fee of HK$500.

J. Personal Belongings

✧Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to customer belongings.

K. Commercial Photography Usage

✧If customers intend to use Momento Space for commercial photography purposes, they must notify us in advance. All photography conducted for commercial purposes, including advertisements, product promotions, corporate branding, professional services, company websites, online stores, TV shows, and movies, regardless of TV or online platforms (Facebook, IG, etc.), is considered commercial photography.

L. Volume Control

✧The volume within Momento should be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbance to the surrounding environment and other users. 

M.Safety Measures

✧Customers must adhere to Momento's safety instructions and regulations to ensure a safe environment during their usage.

N. Insurance Coverage

✧We recommend customers to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages, accidents, or personal injuries.

O. Other Additional Services

✧For the reservation of photographers or stylists' services, please submit a reservation request at least 7 days in advance of the photography date.

✧The use of the dressing room, photography equipment, and other facilities must be booked in advance and will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise contacting our staff as early as possible before renting Momento space to ensure a smooth arrangement of these services.

✧When making a reservation for the additional services, full payment is required, and the payment is non-refundable. Please confirm your service requirements and schedule before making a reservation payment.

✧We recommend customers to carefully inspect the condition of the rented equipment and facilities before usage. If any issues are found, please notify our staff immediately. If any damage occurs to the equipment and other facilities during the rental period, customers will be responsible for the corresponding compensation fees.

P. Hong Kong Laws and Regulations

✧Any activities that violate Hong Kong laws and regulations are strictly prohibited within Momento. This includes but is not limited to the carrying, use, or dissemination of illegal items, drugs, weapons, pornographic materials, or any other illegal or prohibited items. Violators will be reported to the authorities and may face legal consequences.

✧Please note that users of Momento are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We require all customers to abide by Hong Kong laws when using Momento and respect the rights and interests of others.

Q. Adverse Weather Arrangements

◆Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above 

✧If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued before Momento opens, Momento will temporarily close. All bookings will be automatically canceled, and customers can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

✧If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued during Momento's operating hours, Momento will close.

✧If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is canceled or downgraded to Signal No. 3 or lower and there are 3 hours or more left until closing time, Momento may reopen within 2 hours if conditions permit. If there are less than 3 hours left until closing time, Momento will remain closed.

◆Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

✧If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before Momento opens, Momento will temporarily close. All bookings will be automatically canceled, and customers can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

✧If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during Momento's operating hours, Momento will remain open. Momento will assess the situation and communicate with customers to ensure the safety of photography activities.

✧If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is canceled and there are 2 hours or more left until closing time, Momento may reopen within 2 hours if conditions permit. If there are less than 2 hours left until closing time, Momento will remain closed. Momento will assess the situation and communicate with customers to ensure safety.

◆Adverse Weather Arrangements

"Extreme weather conditions"^

✧If the "Extreme weather conditions" are declared before Momento opens, Momento will remain closed.

✧If the "Extreme weather conditions" declaration is lifted and there are 3 hours or more left until closing time, Momento may reopen within 2 hours if conditions permit. If there are less than 3 hours left until closing time, Momento will remain closed.

^In the event of severe disruptions in public transportation, widespread flooding, significant mudslides, or large-scale power outages caused by a super typhoon, the government will issue an "Extreme weather conditions" announcement.

R. Disclaimer & CCTV Surveillance

✧Customers are responsible for their own and others' safety during usage. We are not liable for any personal injuries or property losses.

✧To ensure the safety and protection of Momento's equipment and assets, all Momento spaces are equipped with CCTV surveillance (excluding the makeup room and restroom).

***Momento's CCTV surveillance system is strictly used for internal management and security purpos-es. It will not be used for illegal surveillance, privacy violation, or disclosure of personal information. Momento is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of customers and will not provide surveillance footage to any third party unless required by law or with explicit authorization from the customer

✧Our staff will closely monitor CCTV. If it is found that a customer has rented the space under the pretense of private photography but is conducting commercial photography, the customer will be required to pay the price difference. Additionally,it may affect the customer's future rights to rent Momento spaces.
